Rutherford Institute President Discusses New Book

From spy drones to SWAT team raids, a Charlottesville constitutional defender is highlighting what he calls a growing problem.
John Whitehead took his message to a group at the Barnes & Noble in Charlottesville. In his new book, "A Government of Wolves: the Emerging American Police State," Whitehead paints a portrait of a nation in the final stages of transforming into a police state.
"I'm talking to people across the country that I work with who work in civil liberties and the constitutional area and they are almost frightened," Whitehead said.
Whitehead is the founder of the Rutherford Institute, a civil liberties organization that provides free constitutional legal services.
