Strip-Searching America
In a recent 5-4 ruling, the United States Supreme Court declared that any person who is arrested and processed at a jail house, regardless of the severity of his or her offense, can be subjected to a strip search without reasonable suspicion. In this week's vodcast, John Whitehead cites this egregious ruling as just one more example of the steady erosion of our freedoms since 9/11.
